Excution des lancements et leadership de projet Diriger la coordination, l''excution et la gestion quotidienne des plans de lancement et des initiatives marketing du portefeuille Dermatologie. Grer les flux de travail, les processus d''approbation, les chanciers et l''alignement des parties prenantes afin de garantir que tous les livrables sont raliss temps et selon les normes les plus leves. Soutenir le dveloppement et la mise en uvre des plans de mise en march, y compris les documents pour les cliniques, les outils terrain, les actifs numriques, le contenu de formation et les communications internes et externes. Assurer la prparation complte des quipes internes : Chane d''approvisionnement, Affaires rglementaires, Mdical, Engagement client et Ventes. 2. Mise en uvre tactique du marketing Excuter des tactiques intgres en ligne et hors ligne pour soutenir la notorit, l''adoption et la diffrenciation du portefeuille Dermatologie. Soutenir le suivi concurrentiel, l''analyse des tudes de march et les recommandations de positionnement. Contribuer au suivi de la performance et la production de rapports partir des donnes de ventes, des prvisions, des indicateurs cls (KPI) et des insights. 3. Collaboration interfonctionnelle Servir de point de contact cl pour le marketing dans les interactions quotidiennes avec les quipes Ventes, Rglementaire, Mdical et Chane d''approvisionnement. Coordonner avec le marketing global pour localiser les documents, assurer l''alignement avec les stratgies mondiales et soutenir la planification du cycle de vie. Soutenir les runions interfonctionnelles en prparant les ordres du jour, en suivant les actions et en veillant leur ralisation. 4. Excellence oprationnelle et des processus Grer et suivre les budgets assigns, la coordination des fournisseurs, la documentation des projets et les chanciers avec rigueur. Soutenir les tests, la surveillance et l''optimisation des tactiques marketing en fonction des retours clients, des insights terrain et des tendances de performance. Veiller ce que toutes les activits soient conformes MAH-100, aux SOP internes et aux normes rglementaires de l''industrie. Qualifications: Diplme universitaire en marketing, administration des affaires, sciences animales, sciences ou domaine connexe. 3 5 ans d''exprience en marketing, idalement dans la sant animale, l''industrie pharmaceutique ou un autre secteur rglement. Solides comptences en gestion de projet et en organisation; capacit grer plusieurs livrables simultanment. Exprience dmontre dans le soutien aux lancements de produits ou aux initiatives marketing majeures. Comptences analytiques solides et matrise d''Excel et des outils de reporting. Excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale avec une capacit avre collaborer interfonctionnellement. La matrise du franais est requise. Exprience en marketing numrique est un atout. Capacit apprendre rapidement et s''adapter dans un environnement dynamique. This role ensures launch excellence, operational discipline, and strong cross-functional alignment across all phases of project execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Launch Execution & Project Leadership Lead the coordination, execution, and day-to-day management of launch plans and marketing initiatives within the Dermatology portfolio. Manage workflows, approval processes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard. Support the development and implementation of go-to-market plans, including clinic materials, field tools, digital assets, training content, and internal and external communications. Ensure full readiness across internal teams: Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Customer Engagement, and Sales. 2. Tactical Marketing Implementation Execute integrated online and offline tactics supporting awareness, adoption, and differentiation of the Dermatology portfolio. Support competitive tracking, market research analysis, and positioning recommendations. Assist with performance monitoring and reporting using sales data, forecasts, Key Performance Indicators (KPI''s), and insights. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key point of contact for Marketing in daily interactions with Sales, Regulatory, Medical, and Supply Chain teams. Coordinate with Global Marketing to localize materials, ensure alignment with global strategies, and support life-cycle planning. Support cross-functional meetings by preparing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through. 4. Operational & Process Excellence Manage and track assigned budgets, vendor coordination, project documentation, and timelines with discipline. Support the testing, monitoring, and optimization of marketing tactics based on customer feedback, field insights, and performance trends. Ensure all activities comply with MAH-100, internal SOPs, and industry regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, Science, or related field. 35 years of marketing experience, ideally within animal health, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry. Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables. Demonstrated experience supporting product launches or major marketing initiatives. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and business reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Fluency in French is required. Digital marketing experience is an asset. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
