Since 1983, Vars Concrete has proudly served the National Capital Region''s leading tract home builders and private homeowners. We specialize in high-quality residential concrete work, including basements, garage floors, porches, steps, and our signature expertisefootings and foundations. We are currently seeking a full crew (5 individuals) to join our Form Setting Team. Key Responsibilities Build and strip formwork for residential concrete foundations and structures Install rebar and reinforcement materials Pour, finish, and cut concrete as required Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and related equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in residential concrete or form setting Comfortable working in various weather conditions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to and from work (not bus accessible) Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
