You will be responsible for leading the recruitment of a high volume of positions across various departments within the company, from start to finish. As part of a team, you will handle all aspects of recruitment, including job brief intake, advertising, candidate screening and interviewing, campaign coordination, reference checking, and advising stakeholders as needed. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a high -volume recruitment role and an in -depth understanding of internal recruitment processes Ability to lead and delegate HR Coordinators and Administrators on various campaigns Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders across all areas of the business Proficiency with Bamboo HR and intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills are a plus Self -starter with exceptional organizational skills, initiative, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Passionate about delivering high -quality service Benefits This role is available immediately on a full -time permanent basis, with the option to work 1 -2 days from home if desired.
