Description Midland Transport is currently seeking a Class 5 P&D Straight Truck Driver based out of our Fredericton Terminal, NB. The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic, great and positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills. Main Role: Manage time and ensure accurate and timely delivery service to our customers. Enthusiastic, great attitude and exceptional customer service skills are a must to join the team. Scheduled activity based on daily shipment volumes and customer demand. Operating 5-ton Straight Truck. Work with variable shipment weight and freight handling equipment. Maintain Company Equipment Standards. Process daily pickup and delivery records. Support Midland Courier team if required. Qualifications Education Required: High School or GED. Class 5 driver''s license with a minimum of 4 years'' safe commercial driving experience required. Clean driver''s abstract and criminal search. Good communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift to 50 lbs. using the proper equipment. Excellent work ethic and reliability. Safety conscious.
