Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair several residential rental buildings. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for tenants. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, tiling and drywall repairs Execute residential painting projects to enhance property appearance and protect surfaces. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards and quality are met at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenants'' or residents'' repair requests promptly and professionally. * Requirements Proven experience in general maintenance person work, or related roles within residential. Strong plumbing, electrical, paining, carpentry and tiling experience Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks clearly with team members and residents. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing small teams or projects. Familiarity with residential painting techniques and general facilities maintenance practices.
