This full-time, steady 95 role is ideal for someone seeking reliable, consistent work and the chance to make a real impact behind the scenes Compensation: $58,000+ yearly DOE Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and callers; direct inquiries appropriately Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution Draft, prepare, and manage responses to routine correspondence and requests Maintain a tidy, professional office environment, including boardrooms and shared spaces Refill and manage supplies for printers, copiers, and other office equipment; troubleshoot basic issues Track and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies; place and distribute orders as needed Prepare materials for training, meetings, and marketing efforts. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for sales associates Accurately enter listing contract data into the Real Estate Board system Serve as the primary contact for basic building maintenance needs and meeting room bookings Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, Managing Brokers, and Broker Owners Assist with the creation and distribution of internal marketing materials Qualifications: Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you A constant drive to improve the experience of clients and our internal processes: ''How can I make things better?''
