Position Overview: We are hiring Merchandising Associates to support store merchandising projects, including planogram execution, fixture/counter setup, and store resets. This role is hands-on and operationalideal for someone who enjoys building displays, setting departments to standards, and working with a team to deliver strong retail execution. Responsibilities & Tasks: Work with department changeover projects along with Line reviews amongst categories for new skus and managing planograms with disc merchandise. Builds and maintains rapport with internal and external customers or vendors as required. Liaises with all store departments, including automotive, to better understand their needs. Seeks merchandise feedback from managers in the store. Runs and produces reports as requested. Reviews all in-store promotions, in-store deals and locations regularly. Assists in creating bin caps and locations for the retail floor and the warehouse. Participates in meetings and all training as required; listens to feedback to improve their own abilities. Complies with company, store policies. Abides by all health and safety programs and regulations. Reports any observed or potential hazards immediately. Uses professional language and maintains a professional appearance. Completes other tasks, as required. Requirements Experience executing planograms / merchandising resets in a retail environment (Canadian Tire experience is an asset). Proven experience in logistics. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow layouts/instructions accurately. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and a positive attitude.
