Optimize Fleet Performance: Coordinate cost-effective maintenance, resolve breakdowns promptly, and manage preventative maintenance schedules. Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiate rates, monitor service levels, and track expenditures to control operating costs. Lead & Collaborate: Assign tasks to mechanics, lead daily shop meetings, and work closely with operations to ensure timely, quality service. Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend new methods to improve fleet performance, fuel economy, and reduce life cycle costs. Stay Compliant: Participate in audits and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations. What We''re Looking For 10+ years of fleet maintenance experience (preferred). Strong knowledge of industry regulations and legislation. Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and time management abilities.
