Role Description We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hairstylist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Toronto, ON, involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences, providing personalized hairstyling and care solutions, and staying updated with the latest trends in hairstyling and cosmetology. The Hairstylist will also ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, while maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service. Qualifications Proficiency in Hair Styling, Cosmetology, and Hair Care techniques Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to deliver a positive client experience Excellent Communication skills to understand client needs and effectively provide consultations Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in a salon environment Certification or diploma in cosmetology or a related field is preferred Experience in hairstyling or salon services is an asset Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to hairstyling
