This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a keen eye for detail to ensure clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Must know how to do nails We can train on the rest of the treatments we offer at the spa. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming environment while upselling retail products and services to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art using knowledge of color theory. Deliver advanced beauty treatments. Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products or additional services through effective upselling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills to promote repeat business. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative solutions. Assist with retail sales by promoting beauty products that complement services provided. Requirements Proven experience in nail care. Knowledge of color theory and sanitation standards essential for delivering high-quality services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Ability to perform multiple beauty treatments. Skills in retail sales and retail math for upselling products confidently. Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
