Lobby Ambassador About the Role: As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the face of our organization, providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors, clients, and employees. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that everyone who enters our premises feels valued and attended to. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor. Essential Job Responsibilities: White glove guest experience Highest level guest experience from greeting to departure including check in and badging of guests Liaising with client, guests, VIP''s and team members Escort of VIP guests Answering phone as needed Efficiency and solution-oriented communication Additional event and meeting space responsibilities as directed by on-site manager Basic level customer service Management of a shared messaging and email system Requirements Previous experience in a fast-paced professional/corporate environment Consistent level of professionalism Ability to work alone and with a team Ability to learn new computer programs and technical equipment troubleshooting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs when necessary Fluency in English Ability to be seated or in motion for extended periods of time Previous experience with executive level interaction is preferred Ability to handle stressful situations and tight schedules Dependable (able to commit to work schedule and follow through) ''The pay range for this position starts at $18 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
