We are looking for an analyst to help source and evaluate acquisition opportunities. The role involves reaching out to brokers and owners, reviewing potential deals, analyzing financials, and supporting transactions from initial review through closing. You will work closely with ownership and be involved in real, active deals. Key Responsibilities Source on-market and off-market opportunities through broker and owner outreach Review and screen new deals as they come in Build and review financial models and return analysis Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, operating reports, and capex plans Prepare clear deal summaries with recommendations Assist with due diligence and transaction support Qualifications 25+ years experience in real estate, finance, acquisitions, or related fields Strong Excel and financial analysis skills Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups Detail-oriented with good judgment Able to work in an in-office environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
