Key Responsibilities Utilize your artistic skills and technical knowledge to layer ceramic materials onto dental frameworks, ensuring accurate color matching and natural-looking esthetics. Apply glazing materials and firing techniques to enhance the surface characteristics of ceramic restorationsachieving optimal shine, texture, and translucency. Analyze dental prescriptions and understand the specific requirements outlined by dentists and managers. Follow the dentist''s and supervisor''s specifications for margins, fit, interproximal contacts, occlusion, shade, and shape. Collaborate with the Porcelain and Quality Control Departments to deliver high-precision results that meet customer expectations. Stay current with advancements in dental materials, techniques, and technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the lab. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a dental ceramist Exceptional attention to detail, color, and contour Strong understanding of dental anatomy and restorative techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with digital workflows (CAD/CAM) is a plus Denture Technician Role Overview (From $25.00 per hour) The Denture Technician is responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics, primarily dentures, to exacting standards of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities Fabricate complete and partial dentures according to prescription specifications provided by dentists or prosthodontists Fabricate ortho appliances (Sports Guards, Essix Retainers, Night Guards, etc.) Utilize various materials such as acrylics, resins, and metals to construct dentures, ensuring durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal Flask, process, and trim dental prostheses with precision and care Perform adjustments and repairs on existing dentures to optimize patient comfort and fit Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in removable prosthetics Strong understanding of dental anatomy and prosthetic design Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Familiarity with ortho appliance fabrication Ability to follow detailed prescriptions and meet production deadlines Experience with digital denture workflows is an asset
