We are currently looking for Budtenders to join our Team Roles Available: Hiring for a position working in Tweed. -Sales Associate / Floater / ID Checker (Part Time) This is a 3-part role. As a staff member, you will rotate between these three positions within the store as needed. Description: As a sales associate, your role is to ensure the cannabis purchasing experience flows smoothly. You will be engaging with customers daily, everything from discussing products and their use, assisting customers, and completing the checkout process at Point of Sale. As a Floater, you will be on the sales floor helping direct customers to Self Serve options and placing orders, answer customer inquiries regarding products/accessories As an ID Checker, you are the first to greet customers into the store. It is your responsibility to ensure nobody under-age enters the store. Responsibilities: -Processing transactions and customer orders -Responding to customer inquiries with product knowledge and accuracy -Adhere to all company training, operation standards and procedures -Abide by all company and provincial regulations and requirements for the sale of cannabis and associated products -Complete tasks as assigned by the store managers -Put together customer orders as they are placed. (Online Pickup/Self Orders) -Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom -Reporting any inventory discrepancies -Maintaining inventory and stocking the storage rooms as product shipments arrive Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule On-site parking Store discount Experience: Customer service: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
