The Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented residential cleaner who is also naturally organized and has a strong eye for tidy, well-maintained spaces. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride not only in cleanliness, but in leaving a home feeling refreshed, orderly, and thoughtfully cared for. This position starts as very part-time, supporting recurring SPRY Membership clients in private residential homes (not commercial spaces), with the opportunity to take on additional hours and grow into a full-time role as our membership expands. Responsibilities Perform high-quality residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces) Maintain neatness and visual order while cleaning (straightening, light tidying as needed) Follow SPRY cleaning standards and checklists Treat clients'' homes with care, discretion, and respect Communicate clearly and professionally with the SPRY team Arrive on time and ready to work for scheduled visits * Requirements Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver''s license Ability to travel to clients'' homes across Calgary Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of organization Pride in your work and consistency in quality Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Prior residential cleaning experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate Schedule & Hours Very part-time to start (weekday daytime hours) Consistent, recurring clients Opportunity to increase hours and transition to full-time Why Work With SPRY Premium residential homes (no commercial cleaning) Calm, respectful work environment Clear expectations and consistent standards Opportunity to grow within a design-forward, detail-driven company Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 10 per week Work Location: On the road
