You''ll also get hands-on experience and training in mobile phone repairs. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing phones, accessories, or services Showcase product features and benefits through friendly demonstrations Stay up to date with the latest smartphones, accessories, and tech trends Handle customer inquiries professionally in-person and over the phone Process sales transactions accurately and manage basic cash handling Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Assist with inventory tasks including restocking and product counts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Learn basic phone repair techniques with on-the-job training Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required Strong interest in smartphones, gadgets, and new technology Willingness to learn and grow, especially in phone repair Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and organizational skills Dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Join our team today and contribute to creating memorable shopping experiences for our valued customers Job Types: Full-time, Casual Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Store discount Work Location: In person
