Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Winter Walkway Snow Shoveler to ensure safe and accessible walkways during winter months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from walkways, and entryways to prevent accidents and facilitate safe passage for clients. This is a part time position and allows for flexibility. Need to be able to respond within 8 hours to provide shoveling service to customers. Why Join Our Team? Requirements Ability to work ~4hours for a shoveling route whenever it snows Valid driver''s license with a clean abstract, and reliable transportation to and from the contract site Duties Remove snow and ice from designated walkways, stairs, driveways, and entry points using shovels, snow blowers, or other equipment Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup. Monitor weather conditions Ensure walkways are safe, clear, and accessible Report any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to management. Skills Ability to perform physically demanding work in cold weather conditions. Strong work ethic and dependability. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Good communication skills. Most important skill is reliability. If you can''t be reliable then this isn''t the position for you. You will be paid for mileage if not using a company vehicle.
