With Love Balloon & Flower Design is a creative and vibrant retail store specializing in bespoke fresh floral arrangements, preserved roses, and luxury balloon decor for all kinds of celebrationsfrom birthdays to corporate events; and everything you need to celebrate life''s special moments. We''re growing and looking for a talented, passionate, and detail-oriented Floral & Balloon Designer to join our team What You''ll Do: Create and design custom hand tied bouquets, vase arrangements Flower processing, preparation, cleaning, organizing Handle product sourcing, communicate with suppliers and other business partners. Design and create balloon arrangements for walk-in orders, events and in-store displays Create fresh and preserved floral arrangements for daily orders and special occasions Provide excellent customer service by helping clients choose the perfect designs for their events or special designs Handle in-store setup and window displays to keep the shop visually appealing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral and balloon workstation Process sales, take custom orders, and assist with inventory management Occasionally assist with on-site delivery or event setup (optional or as needed) What We''re Looking For: Experience in floral design and/or balloon dcor (preferred, but we''re open to training the right creative person) A friendly, approachable personality and great customer service skills Creative eye for color, design, and layout Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment Comfortable working with your hands, standing long periods and lifting supplies (up to 25 lbs) Availability on weekends and holidays (as these are our busiest times) Why Join Us?
