About the Pharmacy Technician role : Responsibilities Running batch daily Setting up files Managing billings Setting up for nurse for delivery Ordering medications once billed Reviewing calendar daily, keeping calendar up-to-date Helping front store with faxes, inventory/ordering Technical checking of front-store RX''s filled Ensuring all medications prepared match dins billed Responsible for blister packing schedule, production and checking Entering scripts Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmacy experience in Canada Must be registered and in good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacy Required computer proficiency with Kroll Software preferred proficiency in use of Pacmed Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Very strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills..
