Snow Removal/Maintenance We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional for a commercial building, responsible for performing a variety of tasks including general handyman work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas and possess the ability to operate a tractor for snow removal. Relevant certifications or tickets are an asset. The position would be part time with ability for up to 40 hours per week. The snow removal will be commercial parking lots. You will be required to work any time it snows 7 days a week. Will be paid hourly. Schedule will be altered based on snow removal days and times. Maintenance work will take place within Gateway Plaza 3414 Gateway Blvd. NW. Snow Removal Duties include: -snow shoveling -clearing snow with use of tractor -ice melt -sanding with tractor ice scrapping Maintenance Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: -General Maintenance -Maintaining cleanliness of parking lots and sidewalks -Able to lift 50lbs -Painting -basic maintenance of a property, painting, plumbing, electrical, and grounds work Work remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $21.00 per hour Benefits: Discounted or free food On-site parking Store discount Experience: landscaping/snow removal: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
