Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in warehouse or commercial driving, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers and distribution centers Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper safety procedures Assist with moving goods within warehouses or storage areas as needed Provide excellent customer service by ensuring deliveries are accurate and timely, addressing any customer inquiries professionally Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules or issues Lift 70-80 pounds of products in a safe manner Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations, commercial driving, or delivery services preferred Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus Experience with heavy lifting and moving equipment required Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Ability to navigate using GPS or maps efficiently Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record required Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual handling tasks regularly Other Requirements: punctual and on-time Drivers license Clean from accidents Criminal record check ready for work and have a positive attitude Language efficient and fluent in English Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Company car On-site parking Experience: Driving and loading : 1 year (preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (preferred) Work Location: In person
