The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the office, providing an exceptional patient care. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a positive patient experience. Duties Maintain accurate patient records using ABELDent Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups through phone systems. Ensure that the dental office is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations. Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and answer any questions they may have. Perform administrative tasks including filing, billing, and communicating with insurance companies. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is essential. Proficiency in using phone systems and managing electronic medical records is required. Knowledge of ABELDent dental software is highly advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and team members. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
