Job Overview Ninalen Health & Beauty Clinic Downtown Vancouver Ninalen Health & Beauty Clinic is a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic located in downtown Vancouver. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with confidence and professionalism Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Respond to patient inquiries and direct calls appropriately Maintain accurate electronic medical records while ensuring patient confidentiality Process payments and issue receipts Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management Support practitioners and assist with daily clinic operations Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience Qualifications Strong experience answering phones and managing patient calls Fluent in English required Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude Experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics clinic is an asset Job Type: Part-time Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 32 per week Work Location: In person
