Come and work for a company that values its employees Here is what we need from you to get rolling Responsibilities: Perform various types of maintenance on heavy equipment, construction equipment and various pieces of machinery at various job sites Repair assorted heavy equipment as required to ensure proper operating condition at the job site Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and propane systems Recondition and replace assorted parts of the heavy equipment Must be able to operate and test equipment such as boom lifts, forklifts, compressors, portable and stationary generators, hydraulics, pumps and assorted tools and equipment Produce timely and detailed service reports and repair logs Follow all company''s filed procedures and protocols Build positive relationships with customers Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: Heavy Duty Mechanic, Certified Red Seal Mechanic a strong asset Must have at least 2 year hands on experience of Aerial Platform Equipment, Generator, pumps, diesel engine equipment background preferred Ability to work constructively under pressure Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Demonstrates initiative and strong organizational skills Exceptional communication skills while maintaining a professional customer service focused attitude Valid class 5 driver''s license and clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00-$39.00 per hour Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance Paid time off Vision care Experience: mechanical: 3 years (required) working within Canada: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: Journeyman (preferred) Trade Certificate (preferred) Red Seal (preferred) Class 5 Licence (required) Work Location: In person
