Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Indian cuisine Cook to join our culinary team. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of east indian meals according to established recipes and menus. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Assist in the planning of menus and meal preparation schedules. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help train new kitchen staff on food handling techniques and safety protocols. Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, feedback, and improvements. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and sanitation standards is essential. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
