The Role We are hiring a licensed Esthetician / Sugarista / Laser Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on service role focused on delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and care. Responsibilities: Perform sugaring hair removal services (training provided if needed) Perform laser hair removal treatments and consultations Provide outstanding client care before, during, and after treatments Educate clients on aftercare, treatment plans, and product recommendations Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room standards Follow all studio protocols, safety guidelines, and client boundaries Work collaboratively with the team to support studio goals What We''re Looking For: Licensed Esthetician or Medical Esthetician Experience in sugaring, waxing, or laser hair removal (or willingness to train) Comfortable with intimate services (Brazilian, bikini, face, body) Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Sales confidence and comfort educating clients Compensation & Pay Structure: This position offers a hybrid compensation model, depending on role and performance: Hourly pay (starting at local minimum wage) OR commission-based structure for experienced providers Very generous client tipping environment Performance-based raises and growth opportunities Great service is rewarded here, our clients truly take care of our team.
