This role plays a key part in maintaining legal technology systems, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the Legal function. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Ironclad and other legal technology platforms, strong analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal Operations, IT, vendors, attorneys, and professional staff. Core Technical Skills Required Ironclad CLM administration and configuration (mandatory) Legal technology platform support and administration Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping User access provisioning, role-based permissions, and security controls Business acceptance testing (BAT) and UAT coordination KPI, analytics, and dashboard support for legal operations AI tools for productivity and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) Preferred Onit (matter management) DocuSign JIRA Legal Tracker or similar e-billing / legal spend management tools Vendor coordination and implementation support Legal analytics, accruals, and budget reporting Nice to Have Experience supporting AI-enabled legal workflows Training development and enablement for legal technology users Knowledge management or document management system support Key Responsibilities Support the Legal Technology Solutions Lead in executing legal technology initiatives Assist with administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of legal tech platforms (Ironclad, Onit, DocuSign, JIRA, Legal Tracker) Document business requirements, workflows, process flows, and technical specifications Manage user access, security permissions, and role-based controls Support AI-driven automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity Design and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, technology adoption, legal spend, accruals, and budgets Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and documentation Support technology implementations by tracking timelines, coordinating tasks, and assisting with vendor relationships Prepare training materials, conduct demos, and support user enablement and adoption Provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement assistance Qualifications Bachelor''s degree required 5+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal services provider in a legal technology or business systems analyst role Strong hands-on experience administering legal software and knowledge management tools Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills Self-starter comfortable working independently while taking direction from leadership
