Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing office functions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, supporting team development, and maintaining efficient office procedures. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, including front desk operations and administrative support Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks using QuickBooks or similar software Maintain accurate filing systems, vendor management, and office supplies inventory Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills Assist with vendor negotiations and manage relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness Support team management by organizing schedules, meetings, and training sessions Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, report generation, and correspondence management Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Supervising experience is highly desirable Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and vendor management software Extensive office experience including front desk duties, clerical work, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff training & development Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding and employee relations Experience with budgeting processes is preferred Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in decision-making Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Extended health care Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
