***PLEASE NOTE: This is a part-time, in-person position. Unison Group is an interior architecture and design firm specializing in luxury high-rise residential and hospitality design. We are currently seeking an experienced procurement manager to join our diverse team at our Toronto studio. Personal traits / company atmosphere: Ability to embrace constructive feedback and open to new ideas Willingness to learn new ideas and processes, eager to grow Strong organization and time management abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills Responsibilities: Oversee the procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for residential and hospitality projects. Manage administration and maintain correspondence with industry vendors. Coordinate and deliver comprehensive FF&E packages. Ensure all deliverables align with budget, schedule, and client requirements. Participate in key meetings with internal teams and clients to align project goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for all orders and installations. Conduct site visits to ensure seamless installation processes. Building and maintaining relationships with manufacturers. Assist in an iterative design process (detail modifications / finish substitutions, etc.) Work collaboratively with the interior designers in the studio. Staging and coordination with the photographer for completed projects. Monitor site activities and promptly address any deviations from the design intent. Qualifications - Required: Have the legal right to work in Canada, which includes being a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, or possessing a valid work permit. Minimum 3 years of full-time post-grad experience in procurement management An understanding of the local building codes for Ontario and international building codes Experience in hospitality, high-rise residential, or luxury design preferred Ability to manage large, complex projects Furniture design background a plus Driver''s license required Ability to travel internationally for projects for installations, etc. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Experience: purchasing: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
