Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, multitasking, and effective communication to meet the needs of our guests and maintain smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation quality Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed to support team operations Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with strong knowledge of the food industry standards Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols Ability to perform basic math for billing, tipping, and cash handling accurately Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus Knowledge of hospitality principles and guest services excellence Upselling skills to promote menu items and enhance guest experience Join our team to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a difference Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $2,200.00 per month Experience: Kitchen: 1 year (preferred) Language: English (preferred) Work Location: In person
