Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, merchandising, team development, and operational efficiency to ensure the store''s success and growth. The Store Manager will be instrumental in driving sales performance, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, and customer service. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales. Manage payroll, budgeting, and purchasing processes to ensure financial targets are met. Recruit, train, and develop staff through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Oversee POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations with accuracy. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams. Monitor store performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management roles with supervising experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in POS systems, bookkeeping, merchandising software, and basic math skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and training & development. Knowledge of negotiation, marketing strategies, pricing techniques, and customer service excellence. Experience with recruiting, interviewing, payroll administration, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and maintain proper phone etiquette. Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
