By fostering creativity and connection, we aim to enrich lives and celebrate community. Role Description We are seeking a part-time Art Instructor to join the SUNNY Events & Arts team. The Art Instructor will design and deliver art lessons, teach painting and drawing techniques, and adapt curriculum to various age groups and skill levels. The role also includes preparing necessary materials, fostering creativity, and ensuring a supportive and inspired classroom environment. This is an on-site position, located in Downtown Toronto, ON. Qualifications Proficiency in Painting, Drawing, and other art mediums Experience in Teaching and facilitating creative workshops Skills in Curriculum Development tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Ability to inspire creativity and engage participants with enthusiasm Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with community engagement or working with diverse groups is advantageous Degree or certification in Art, Education, or related fields preferred but not mandatory
