Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled (experienced) and enthusiastic bartender/server to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about different types of drinks, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their drink orders - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Provide recommendations on drink selections to customers - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus - Familiarity with the food industry and restaurant operations is beneficial - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs) - Must be at least 18 years old Interested Candidates, please call at Ginny at Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: On-site parking Experience: serving: 2 years (preferred) Bartending: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
