Wilsons Heating is looking for a Licensed Oil Heat Systems Technician to join our team. This position is based out of our Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia branch, with regular travel in the region to customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Installing oil heating systems in residential and/or commercial settings Maintaining oil heating systems in residential and/or commercial settings Troubleshooting and problem-solving in relation to oil heating systems Liaising with dispatchers and sales team Providing excellent customer service To succeed in this role, we''re looking for someone with the following qualities: Excellent communicator Can work well independently and with a team Exercise good judgment Mechanical aptitude Highly reliable Complete high-quality work with efficiency To qualify for this role, candidates will need to have the following: Qualified oil heat systems technician Red Seal License Plumbing or Gas ticket an asset Valid drivers'' license and clean drivers'' abstract The compensation for this role starts at $30-$40/hour and up, depending on the candidate''s experience.
