Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after treatments Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in accordance with privacy regulations Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times Manage appointment scheduling and maintain professional communication with clients to foster trust and satisfaction Skills Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients Strong communication skills for effective consultation, treatment explanation, and client education Ability to listen attentively to understand client needs and tailor treatments accordingly Professionalism, empathy, and discretion in handling sensitive client information Certification or licensing as required by local regulations is preferred but not mandatory for internship positions This role is vital in supporting our clients'' health journeys through expert massage therapy.
