You will play a key role in expanding our service contracts, managing existing accounts, and ensuring clients receive exceptional support throughout the sales and service lifecycle. What you''ll do: Hunt and acquire new commercial customers through outbound prospecting, site visits, referrals, and targeted outreach. Identify decision-makers (property managers, facility managers, owners) and open doors to new service and maintenance opportunities. Convert reactive service calls and construction projects into long-term preventative maintenance and service agreements. Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities, from first contact through signed agreement. Prepare, present, and explain service quotations and maintenance agreements to clients. Actively follow up on all leads and proposalsno passive waiting for inbound work. Maintain ongoing communication with customers, follow up on quotations, and resolve concerns professionally. Ensure all client, sales, and project information is accurate and up to date in internal systems. Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data to support forecasting and performance tracking. A little about you: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role within a mechanical, industrial, or technical environment; HVAC experience is an asset. Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with confidence managing follow-ups, quotes, and ongoing client communication. Clear and professional communicator who values teamwork and collaboration across departments. Strong mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in HVAC systems and services.
