Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations while handling food and beverages. Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Any other duties assigned. Skills Proven experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
