Oxygen Yoga and Fitness is hiring a full/part time Front Desk Receptionist / Membership Sales Consultant. At Oxygen Yoga, we challenge our members to make lifestyle changes too better their health, wellness and personal growth. We help members achieve an overall balance, a healthier lifestyle and we create positive changes in people''s lives. Our Team of inspiring individuals will motivate our members to achieve their personal best in all of their endeavours. From the moment, our members walk through the door they will feel welcomed into the Oxygen Community Responsibilities: Promote and sell memberships to potential new members and will renew or up-sell memberships to current members. Through membership sales will achieve sale goals and targets Source out new members and referrals Is knowledgeable on Oxygen Yoga''s pricing and sales promotions Follows and understand Oxygen Yoga''s sales process Conducts Orientations and Tours of our facility Daily phone/email communications, generating leads and closing sales Complete training on Mindbody software Provides excellent customer service and great rapport with all members Assisting with additional daily administrative tasks as required Team player who will maintain a positive relationship with the rest of the staff Additional duties completed as given Qualifications Has passion for health and fitness Preferred sales experience Has strong communication skills and is confident in their sales approach Early morning availability (5:30am) Is organized and understands time management Passionate about creating meaningful connections Self-Motivator Strong work ethic who is able to demonstrate initiative Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.60 per hour Benefits: Casual dress On-site parking Store discount Work Location: In person
