KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Professional Conduct: Promote a positive team culture by demonstrating respect, effective communication, and a solution-focused attitude. Structural Repairs: Repair and replace damaged vehicle structures and body components, including welding, metal fabrication, and routine body work. Component Replacement: Remove and replace interior and exterior components, windows, and minor body panels, ensuring proper fit and finish. Surface Preparation & Finishing: Prepare vehicles for refinishing through sanding, body filler, fiberglass repair, and primer application; perform high-quality finishing work to meet company standards. Documentation & Accuracy: Follow repair estimates, inspect vehicles for dimensional accuracy and alignment, and accurately document repairs. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards and protocols while working in a high-pressure environment. PERFORMANCE AND CULTURE EXPECTATIONS Employees are expected to promote a safe and respectful work environment, support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Consistently follow all safety protocols and demonstrate proactive risk awareness to maintain a secure work environment. Deliver precise structural repairs, component replacements, and refinishing work that meets company standards and aligns with repair estimates. Complete tasks within established timelines, accurately document repairs, and maintain reliability in a high-pressure environment. Exhibit respect, clear communication, and a solution-focused attitude. EDUCATION Body Shop Technician Journeyman or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of auto body repair and finishing. Proficient in welding fabricating, and structural repair techniques. All applicants are required to complete and pass pre-hire background screening and medical testing.
