About Us We are hiring for Marshall''s Sanitation, a trusted commercial cleaning company providing services to Health Canadalicensed cannabis facilities in the HRM. Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and compliant environments within Health Canada registered cannabis cultivation and processing facilities. Responsibilities Perform daily and scheduled cleaning of designated areas, including production rooms, offices, and common areas Follow strict Health Canada and company sanitation protocols Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, floors, and high-touch areas Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with WHMIS standards Complete required checklists and documentation for compliance records Report maintenance or sanitation issues to supervisors promptly Maintain confidentiality and security of all facility operations Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Capable of performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) Must pass a criminal background check (required for entry into Health Canadalicensed facilities) Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation preferred Please feel free to reach out to if you have any questions.
