The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written English language, possess exceptional customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing top-notch service. Website: RESPONSIBILITIES Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences. Maintains exceptional product knowledge Provide a great shopping experience to the customer, and maintain compelling merchandise presentation that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty Fosters teamwork, collaboration within the store Maintain effective, open lines of communication with other team members Carry out other tasks as assigned REQUIREMENTS Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs Motivated and driven to achieve results Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment Openness to learn and develop new skills Flexibility and ability to quickly adopt to change Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
