SET Mechanical and Baydo Group are hiring HVAC techs for ongoing and upcoming projects across BC and AB. We currently have several projects actively underway right now, with multiple sites in progress and additional phases coming upmeaning steady work, consistent hours, and long-term opportunities to grow with our team across multiple developments. Long-term employment on multi-phase developments Growth from apprentice to leadership Great team culture and bonus opportunities Strong BC & AB market presence Your Role HVAC Refrigeration Focus Install and commission refrigeration equipment: mini-split, VRF, and rooftop units Troubleshoot systems and perform maintenance Install controls and coordinate with electrical/mechanical teams Ensure code compliance and clean installations Occasionally assist with heating/ventilation systems Requirements Refrigeration Red Seal Min. 4 years experience in HVAC/Refrigeration Understanding of controls, refrigerant piping, startup Blueprint and schematic literacy Valid driver''s license VRF experience is bonus Compensation & Benefits Full-time, Permanent Salary: $85,000$120,000/year (based on experience) Benefits: Dental, Health, RRSP match, Bonuses Overtime available MondayFriday, occasional weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $83,000.00-$125,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Life insurance RRSP match Experience: HVAC Refrigeration: 4 years (preferred) VRF: 1 year (required) high-rise condo: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
