Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and professional Men''s Barber to join our team at The Gold Barber Shop. This role involves delivering high-quality men''s haircuts, clean fades, and professional beard services while providing excellent customer service in a busy and welcoming barber shop environment. The ideal candidate will have strong barbering skills, good communication in English, and a passion for the grooming industry. Responsibilities Provide high-quality men''s haircuts, including modern and classic styles Perform professional fade, cut, and beard services Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and grooming needs Maintain high sanitation and hygiene standards by cleaning tools, chairs, and workstations Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive client experience Manage time efficiently to handle walk-ins and appointments Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a professional and welcoming environment Experience & Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional barbering experience Strong skills in fades, beard trimming, and men''s grooming Ability to communicate clearly in English Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in a barber shop environment Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Barber license is an asset but not required This position is ideal for experienced barbers who are passionate about men''s grooming, take pride in their work, and are looking for a long-term opportunity in a professional barber shop.
