Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to inform decision-making. Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth through operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Experience Proven management experience with a strong track record in overseeing large teams or departments. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process optimization. Hands-on experience managing profit & loss statements and financial performance metrics. Supervising experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively. Business development skills with a focus on expanding client base and market share. Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management is highly desirable.
