The Role The Marketing and Digital teams are part of YNCU''s larger technology team. Acknowledging the direct connection between employee and member experience, we are responsible for supporting enterprise initiatives that guide our people in all aspects of work, business enablement, and performance while delivering strategies and initiatives to support our brand reputation and enterprise level revenue driving activities. In this role you''ll implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention turning our overall business strategy into measurable results, using data to improve how consumers find us and engage with our products. In your first year your focus will be to help us on digital redesign, including our digital banking platform and website, articulating our value proposition across products and optimizing these pages for growth. Overall, this is a full-spectrum growth and product marketing role, ideally suited for someone who can translate and align complex products in a way consumers search for and understand. You thrive on CRM, funnels, and analytics to support the delivery of performance marketing, SEO, automation, and conversion optimization. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Digital Growth & SEO Support YNCU''s organic digital growth strategy, including SEO roadmap development, content optimization, keyword strategy, and authority-building initiatives. Identify opportunities to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversion across priority product categories. Work with internal teams and external partners to optimize product pages, campaign landing pages, digital experiences, and deliver authority building product-related content. Product & Offer Marketing Develop clear product value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning for YNCU''s full suite of banking products (e.g., deposits, lending, mortgages, commercial banking, and more). Translate product features into member-centric benefits that resonate with targeted personas. Collaborate with Digital and Member Experience teams to understand market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and member needs. Campaign Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution for product launches, seasonal offers, affinity marketing, and multi-channel growth campaigns. Build campaign briefs, define targeting and segmentation strategies, and support creative development. Partner with channel specialists (email, social, organic web, paid, in-branch) to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns. Growth & Revenue Support Develop data-driven strategies that increase product uptake, grow membership, and improve conversion across digital and omni-channel journeys. Monitor performance, deliver insights, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement. Support development of lead-nurture programs and cross-sell opportunities to enhance member lifetime value. Analytics & Insights Familiarity with Salesforce and analytics tools to monitor channel performance, conduct product marketing analysis, and evaluate competitor activities. Produce regular reporting with clear insights and recommendations for growth. Support A/B testing initiatives to validate messaging, positioning, and user journeys. Collaboration & Leadership Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, providing guidance on digital growth and product marketing best practices. Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners to support campaign execution and SEO initiatives. Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous growth. This position is for an existing vacancy within our team. What we are looking for Post secondary diploma, degree and/or certification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Real Estate or a related program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 57+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital marketingpreferably in financial services or a regulated industry. Demonstrated success building organic growth strategies and improving SEO performance. Strong product marketing experience, including segmentation, messaging development, and go-to-market planning. Proficient with web analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation/CRM platforms. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial products. Data-driven thinker with strong project management abilities and a test-and-learn mentality. Must be bondable Why work at YNCU?
