We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services through a variety of treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients. This role requires a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and guest satisfaction. The Spa Therapist will also assist with retail sales, product demos, and front desk duties to enhance the overall guest experience. Duties Perform a range of spa treatments including Laser hair removal, full body massage for both male & female clients, facials and other skincare services. Deliver personalized guest services with attention to detail and professionalism. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas. Provide product recommendations and demos to guests to enhance their experience and promote retail sales. Assist with front desk responsibilities such as check-ins, scheduling appointments, laundry, insurance billing, cleaning and answering guest inquiries. Upsell spa packages, retail products and additional services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with safety protocols and spa policies. Foster a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent hospitality and guest service skills. Skills Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with guests professionally and warmly. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to spa treatments and skincare procedures. Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations. Proficiency in front desk operations including booking appointments and managing client records. Ability to educate guests about products and services through demos and consultations. Hospitality-focused attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
