Company Summary We are a family oriented cash crop farm that grows corn, soybeans, and wheat. We specialize in soybean and wheat seed production, with emphasis on non-gmo food grade soybeans. We are vertically integrated from seed production to processing on our farm, where we clean, and package soybean and wheat for local and international customers. This job will be a combination of mechanical, field related, elevator, and processing elements, where you would be required to help. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking farm hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily farm operations, maintenance, and crop management to ensure the smooth functioning of the farm, and crops. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors and indoors in a dynamic environment while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of farming and land management. Duties Assist with tillage, planting, spraying, and harvesting crops Operate and maintain farm machinery, power tools, safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and farm infrastructure Conduct heavy lifting of materials, and seed bags, equipment, as needed Monitor crop health and report any issues related to pests or disease Assist with soil preparation, fertilization, and weed control activities Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Experience & Skills Prior experience working on a farm or in agricultural settings is preferred Mechanical knowledge is a plus for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors or loaders is desirable Basic math skills for measuring inputs and calculating quantities are necessary Physical stamina for heavy lifting and operating power tools throughout the workday is essential A valid driver''s license is required AZ truck license is beneficial This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in agriculture crop production, with a range of diverse tasks and responsibilities.
