We are hiring a full-time Group Benefits Administrator. We''re on the lookout for a detail-loving, people-helping, problem solving superstar to join our growing team As our Group Benefits Administrator, you''ll be part of the go-to team for all things benefitsenrolling employees, keeping records accurate, helping people navigate their coverage, and making sure everything runs smoothly with our carriers. Your Role As the Group Benefits Administrator, you will contribute as part of our Administrative Team to support our clients in administrating their benefits programs. What You''ll Be Doing: Process new employee enrolments, plan changes, and terminations with speed and accuracy. Maintain up-to-date benefit records and documentation. Help employees understand their benefits coverage, eligibility, and claims process (without making their eyes glaze over). Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues. Oversee the enrolment of new groups and manage smooth transitions when changing carriers. Assist with open enrolments, renewals, and plan changes. Prepare reports and verify invoices. Keep everything compliant with plan documents, privacy rules, and legislative requirements. What We''re Looking For: At least 2 years group benefits adminstration experience. Having a GBA or CEBS designation is not required but helpful. Excellent organizational skills and a love of details. Clear, friendly communication skillsboth written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort with learning various benefits administration systems. Comfortable using Adobe to create, edit, and work with forms and documents. A team player who''s adaptable, proactive, and can juggle multiple tasks without losing their cool. CRM software experience. Able to work comfortably with confidential information. Can work with strong attention to detail and is self-motivated while keeping organized and efficient. Critical thinking skills with a solutions-focused attitude. We Offer Competitive Salary Employee Health and Dental Benefits with access to an HSA.
