Part-Time Security Guard Evening & Night Shifts (Barrie) We are hiring a Part-Time Security Guard for a residential/commercial building in Barrie. Students seeking part-time security work are welcome to apply. This position requires a professional, alert, and dependable guard. Shift Details: Part-time position Evening and night shifts only Weekdays and weekends Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours Pay Rate: Competitive (based on experience) Job Responsibilities: Conduct foot patrols inside and outside the building Repeatedly check and secure all doors during the shift Patrol all floors to ensure no signs of trespassing or unauthorized access Maintain a visible security presence at the front desk between patrols Answer basic questions and assist residents professionally Monitor the property for suspicious activity Ensure the building remains secure at all times Complete detailed incident and daily reports Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 1 year of security guard experience Valid Ontario Security Guard License Strong observation and communication skills Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts Professional appearance and conduct Location: Barrie, ON Career Growth: This is an entry-level security position.
