Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in facilities maintenance. If you are a problem solver with excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Must be able to install flooring and dry walling. Must be able to paint, sand and mud. - Maintain and repair mechanical equipment ( around property ) - Fabricate parts as needed - Provide exceptional customer service while addressing maintenance issues - Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating with other team members Requirements: - Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Experience with electrical systems and controls - Ability to fabricate parts when necessary - Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients - Leadership qualities to guide and collaborate with team members If you have the skills and experience required for this role, we invite you to apply for the Handy Man position with us.
